Your Guide to moving to the Servant Keeper Online Giving Platform

East Shore Baptist Church will transition to Servant Keeper Online Giving effective January 1, 2026. After this date, our legacy giving platform will no longer be available for giving. Members and guests may begin giving through the new platform at any time prior to January 1 if they wish.

Giving made through December 31, 2025 on the current Ministry Brands Amplify platform can still be accessed at: https://www.eastshorebaptist.org/give. Access to accounts will continue to be available for records access through January 2026.

Step 1-Visit ESBC giving page

Now and into future. The new giving page may be found at: https://www.eastshorebaptist.org/give-new

On and After January 1, 2026, Use the direct link above or go to the church website https://www.eastshorebaptist.org and click on Give button on the top navigation menu.

For those not wanting to set up an account, and give as a guest or anonymously, see Step 2

Step 2- Establish Account

  • Under the East Shore Baptist Giving page, click on the Give Now button at the bottom of the page.

  • Those who have previously signed up for the new account, should click on Sign In at the top right of the page and go to Step 3.

  • First timers on the new Servant Keeper platform should click on Sign Up at the top right of the page.

  • To give as a guest/anonymously, do not Sign Up or Sign In, just enter the category of giving, the amount and click Continue and on next page, click on Skip sign in and let me donate as a guest.

Step 3- Close out former platform information

  • Ministry Brands Online Giving portals do not have a “delete account” function, but following steps may be used, if desired, to download giving records, stop recurring payments, and remove payment methods.

  • Go to former giving platform https://www.eastshorebaptist.org/give

  • Sign in to portal/dashboard and click on History

  • Choose a year and tax deductible category

  • Click on Export to PDF

  • Ministry Brands recommends using a Chromium-based browser such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Brave for best results with downloading.

  • Click on account icon in upper right corner of portal screen

  • Under Payment Methods, edit or delete any bank account information or card information

  • Click on Scheduled button on portal page to cancel any recurring transactions.

Important Note

  • All non-web givers (cash/check) who wish to move to online giving are strongly encouraged to use the same email address the church currently has on file for your giving. This ensures that all past and new giving records will be available in the new giver portal.

  • Current online givers are encouraged to log in to their existing Ministry Brands based accounts and download their giving records, as these records will not be available once the transition from Servant Keeper is complete at the end of January.
