Here are some examples of how ESBC members have shared the gospel this week. These examples are meant to encourage you to share the gospel & have God conversations where you live, work, and play!

• Two of our members prayed with a landscaper who was working in their neighborhood.  Through casual conversation he shared about a troublesome court appearance that he had to make this week.  Our members held his hand and prayed with him at once. He was very appreciative.

• One of our members used an interview for a local, township online newsletter to exalt Jesus.  Surprisingly, while a secular newsletter, the editor kept in all our member’s comments about serving Jesus Christ.

• And finally, during our Election Day Ministry here at church, one member--after offering snack and printed materials to a gentleman, engaged the man in conversation.  Eventually the man revealed that his wife goes to church but that he does not because of the way so-called “Christians” had treated him in the past.  After listening to the man for some time, our member was able to share their testimony, pray then and there with the man, and invite him to ESBC.  The man was very impressed that our member took the time to listen to him and to pray for him.  What a great divine opportunity!
