EVANGELISM Update
Here are just a few examples of how members of ESBC prayed for opportunities to share the Gospel last week, had the wisdom to see those opportunities, and then had the courage to take advantage of those opportunities to share the Gospel and/or have God-conversations:
·One member had a spiritual conversation with a loved one who is Catholic and shared how we get to heaven through God’s grace, not our good works.
·Several members invited family and neighbors to our recent VBS and Friday’s Family Fun Night. Members also interacted with parents when they were here Friday night and encouraged them to continue to come to church regularly.
·One member had a good, God-discussion with their grandchild when the young one asked what a “soul” is.
·And finally, over 30 of our church members all played a part in sharing the Gospel at our recent VBS. The Gospel was shared with the children throughout the week and then again with all the visiting parents and family members at our Family Fun Night on Friday. Truly, during last week’s VBS at ESBC you can say that God was being MAGNIFIED!
So what have YOU done to SHARE THE GOSPEL lately? Pray for opportunities and be ready when the Lord gives them to you!!
