Multiplying Church Center

ESBC is in partnership with Living Legacy Community Church, to help facilitate the training and
planting of pastors and churches in the Capitol Region.

Realizing that, if we are to effectively reach our community with the Gospel of Christ and
see lives truly transformed, it is going to take more than our church, or the few truly Christ-
centered, biblical churches located in the Capitol Region. While we partner with like-minded
churches outside of our denomination, in various ministries and outreaches, we also committed
ourselves to becoming part of a network of churches throughout the PA/South Jersey Baptist
Convention. These churches focus on training, equipping, and helping plant new churches.
Our commitment to church planting is, because we believe that the Kingdom of Christ is truly
served and advanced by more than an individual church. We desire to be part of what God has
in store for our region, state, and nation!

When a prospective church planter is assessed, approved, and chooses the Capitol Region to
plant a new church, the planters will typically enter our churches for further training, equipping,
contextualization of the culture, resourcing, partnership and accountability. Rather than
embrace the model of a pastor and family coming to the area and planting a church primarily
on their own, we believe there is a better way. Because of our experience as pastors and
church planters, ESBC’s desire is to engage in mentor training, with the express prayerful aim of
helping the planter and church plant be as successful as possible.
